Just bought a new Mazda CX-5 yesterday. I live on the seacoast but drive to Grappone when I need a new car because I know I'll have the best experience with them. I'm the kind of person who does all my research first. I researched their inventory online, double-checked prices with Kelly Blue Book, and compared prices (and other model options) on Consumer Reports. This time I thought maybe I would find a dealership closer to me instead of driving, but after reading the reviews of other dealerships (so many bad ones!!) I decided that Grappone was still the company I wanted to work with. I messaged them and asked them to call me, and less than five minutes later I had an appointment for a test drive. The car I liked best was waiting for me when I got there, two hours later I was heading home with my new car! Grappone doesn't mess around with you. They tell you all the dealer costs up front, have the most reasonable prices already listed on the cars, and all the cards are already on the table when you get there. I will buy my next car there too. Loyal customer for 15 years now (and no, they didn't pay me to write this and I don't work for them).
Extremely nice people with zero pushiness. More than happy to just help us with information. My Husbands truck is almost over the lease mileage with a year still left to lease and Clinton was more than happy to sit with us and lay out all our options very honestly without pushing us in any one direction. It was super informative and we didn't feel like we were being hustled like we did at two other places we have been. We 100% back this place (same as Grappone Ford which is in the same lot) and will continue to do business with them.
I had a truly exceptional buying experience with Grappone Mazda this week! I pre-shopped using the grappone.com website. The online tools were very helpful; I was able to get a firm quote on my trade in, upfront pricing for a new car and make an appointment to test drive a specific car before stepping foot on the lot. My last 2 cars have been Mazda and frankly, I am a huge fan. You just can't beat the value. So, with all that said nobody had to sell me on a Mazda and I was already happy with the tools when I walked in the door today, but it was my Product Specialist Brandyn who took the experience from good to GREAT. Brandyn was personable, attentive, quick and completely authentic. He listened and then found the perfect car for my needs. There was no pressure to buy, it was completely unlike any other car shopping experience I've had. Kudos to Grappone for switching up the game and making car buying fun again!
Grappone is a terrific dealership. From the moment you walk in it feels like the right place to buy a car. The prices are fixed, but they are very reasonable and my esperience is they are lower than what you can negotiate with other dealers. But more than just pricing, the people at Grappone are also wonderful to work with. I first contacted them through their website and email and Mel was very helpful and quick to respond, giving me all the info I needed. We then went in and met with Dave Rotondi who was terrific, friendly and very knowledgeable. The experience was relaxing and fun. We bought a Mazda from Grappone Mazda but I like how they also have Grappone Honda, Toyota, Ford, and Hyundai dealers to choose from too. I will be checking them out the next time I plan to buy a car. I highly recommend Grappone!

What was really great about this whole experience was the stress-free discussions about the cost, my trade in and loan options. I was in and out in approximately two hours - the whole process was not what you see at any other dealership - it was a breath of fresh air! The unexpected free lift passes to Pats Peak was an added bonus that I didn't even expect but should get some good use as my kids will learn how to ski now - thank you!
