A very positive experience. Miasar, the salesman, responded to my inquiry regarding a specific car almost immediately. This car was rare due to its color, and the dealership was the only one within 200 miles where it was expected to arrive. After expressing an online interest in a vehicle, I received a very prompt response. They were very flexible scheduling a test drive, to make it convenient for me. All of the staff are very friendly.
Excellent experience. We were greeted immediately, the sales rep listened to our explanation that we did not know which of 3 cars interested us. He went over all 3 with comparisons. The test drive was excellent with detailed explanation of features. After going through numbers and trade details we left with paperwork containing crystal clear explanation of how to wire purchase price. Pickup experience was also excellent with clear paperwork, scheduling of 1st service appointment and generous time in the car connecting the phone and going over how to customize various settings.
The process was easy and it was low to no pressure. Very friendly staff, answered all my questions. Pricing was fair too.

My experience at Grappone Mazda was great! My out the door price was less than any of the competitors in the area. Everyone I met was great to work with. I was able to take as much time as I needed to evaluate and make decisions at my own pace. The atmosphere was relaxed, never hurried. The showroom was quiet, unlike some dealerships where there is loud music, popcorn, bells ringing and a carnival like atmosphere. This is my third Mazda and second time purchasing from Grappone. I always dread going to a dealership because I expect to spend hours and hours there. Grappone Mazda was super fast. I test drove a couple of cars, fell in love with the second one.
