Over the last several months, Grappone Mazda has adapted its procedures and practices in whatever way necessary to prioritize our team members’ and guests’ safety and health. If you are not feeling well or can answer “yes” to either of the questions below, we kindly ask that you please call to reschedule your appointment for the health and safety of our guests and team members. We will be happy to assist you when you are feeling well again.

Have you been in contact with anyone suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19 in the past 14 days? Do you have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath?

Company-Wide

Per Governor Sununu’s latest announcement surrounding COVID-19, we have carefully considered and updated our policies. All Grappone Mazda Team Members and guests have the option to wear face coverings, but this is no longer a requirement. We still have disposable masks available to the team and our guests for those who are more comfortable being masked.

We continue following the CDC’s recommendation by asking any sick team member to stay home. Our common areas have been spread out for social distancing for the team and our guests.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to a Grappone Mazda team member. Thank you for helping to keep our team, guests, and community safe.

Service/Parts

For those who would prefer not to enter the dealership, we have the following services available:

  • Pick-up service: We will come to pick up your vehicle and drop off a complimentary sanitized loaner vehicle.
  • Key drop: These locations are available at every store, day or night to minimize contact.
  • Vehicle Delivery: We will happily return your vehicle to you when your services are completed.
  • Curb-Side Pick-Up: If you would prefer not to enter the dealership, you may pay over the phone, and pick up your vehicle without entering the dealership.

Sales

Our Sales Department is open, in-store and online. Although our processes have been slightly modified, we are still assisting guests in person and are practicing social distancing.

Setting an appointment will help to greatly reduce the amount of time our guests need to spend in the store. Calling ahead is highly encouraged so we can best serve you.

Since 2013 our guests have been able to complete the vehicle research and purchase process, right online. This continues to be true at all of our dealerships and is a great way to save time in the dealership. We are always available through chat, email, text, or phone to assist virtually.

Demonstration drives are still available.

Manufacturer incentives are changing quickly and can be found online, or by speaking to a Grappone Mazda Team Member. We are committed to providing you with the most up-to-date information.
